History

Indigo is the only child of Teal Huckabee. She knows she has a father but she nor her mother know who he is. Her parents were working on a improved memory charm and it backfired. It erased both of their memories. So neither of them know about the other. It frankly it took Teal's family years to convince her that she indeed had a child.

Indigo's mother, once that was established, is an inventor. She spends all her time in her lab trying to come up with the "next big thing." She had a few minor success. But for the most part her inventions end up in the back yard surrounded by charred earth. Indigo grew up with daises in her hair and running through the meadow barefooted, and helping her mother with her inventions.

Indigo was infected by the failed memory charm and as a result its hard for her to remember things, and in school she had to work extra hard to learn things and retain them. She had to enroll in summer school in between the Hogwarts terms just to keep up and retain the information.

Personality

Indigo is a hopeless dreamer. She gets it from her mother. And she was the third victim of her parents memory charm backfire. So she is forgetful to a fault. She has to write things down. Mostly on her hands or her clothes. So sometimes she is found reading the bottom f her shirt for something she forgot.

She is a hopeless dreamer, just like her mother. Though she dreams on inventing the next great mead or ale. She is always experimenting. Its the one thing that she can actually concentrate on. Her head is always in the cloud and sometimes she is rudely slammed back down to reality.
